Summing up the proceedings on the concluding day of the four-day Advanced Meditation course conducted by the Art of Living Foundation at Hawa Mahal, he said that the aim of the course was to rediscover the inner ‘self’ by maintaining strict silence, practising sadhana and satsang to help people have a healthy mind and soul. Nutritious food, rest to the body, good company of friends and meditation and silence were the main aspects of the course, he said.
