Rediscover your inner self through meditation




In the past, people had to seek and find solution to distress on their own while today, it has come to their doorstep in the form of intensive meditation, founder trustee and chairman of Vyakti Vikas Kendra, Arun Madhavan of Bangalore, said here on Sunday.

Summing up the proceedings on the concluding day of the four-day Advanced Meditation course conducted by the Art of Living Foundation at Hawa Mahal, he said that the aim of the course was to rediscover the inner ‘self’ by maintaining strict silence, practising sadhana and satsang to help people have a healthy mind and soul.
